Amrita and her friends belong to the lowest economic class of fishermen of Goa.

Amrita gets down on a busy road and goes further down to the splashing river water. Every day, she collects small oysters in a back-breaking process under full sun, on a 4 feet river bank covered with empty shells left behind by numerous days of labor.
